When I was in Salt Lake City at the On Stage Live event earlier this month Stampin' Up! unveiled their updated logo. Take a look at the logo on something that you have at your house. What differences do you notice? Comment and let me know.

I am excited for the 30th anniversary celebration! Technically Stampin' Up!'s birthday isn't until October but they will be starting the celebration early! One of the ways they are celebrating early is to make Sale-A-Bration even better than ever! Watch for details coming soon.

It is a little hard to believe that I have been a part of this company for about half of it's life! I started because I wanted to get a discount on my crafting products...then I had a workshop and then two and then I earned a volume rebate and started making car payments! When I was in Salt Lake City I was recognized with an opportunity to walk on stage for being with the company for 15 years!
The next opportunity to attend a Stampin' Up! event is April 7th. I will be attending the local event in Hartford, CT. I would love to have you join me! Now is a great time to join my LuvINK&Paper team!

People often ask me what I love most about Stampin' Up! and I sometimes struggle to answer because there is so much about the company and products that I love but the most important thing is the people! I have met so many great people along my 15 year journey with Stampin' Up!  I have made many, many friends throughout my years as an independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator.

If this is still too much for you to spend all at once I am starting a Blends Club beginning in December. When you join this club you will receive 3 sets of the Stampin' Blends each month for 4 months (December, January, February and March). Payments can be made by check or credit card. If you choose to pay by check I have to have your check by the 4th of each month. The monthly cost will be $38 and will include several additional items during the club months. Additional items will include a Memento Black ink pad, 2 stamp cases for storage, a stamp set, as well as a collection of papers for coloring!

Month 1 You will receive 3 sets of Stampin' Blends markers, the Momento Black ink pad and a sampling of the Just Add Color Specialty Designer Series Paper.

Month 2 You will receive 3 sets of Stampin' Blends markers, 2 stamping cases to store your Stampin' Blends markers in, the Color lifter marker.

Month 3 You will receive 3 sets of the Stampin' Blends markers, the Bronze and Ivory markers and a sampling of card stock to try with your markers.

Month 4 You will receive the final 3 sets of the Stampin' Blends markers and either the Cozy Cottage or Feathery Friends stamp set (choice made at the start of the club with a value of $12).

Today I spent some time coloring with the Stampin' Blends. I found them to be VERY easy to use! Have you heard of Copic Alcohol Markers? Each of those has a code and you need to know how to use that code to determine which markers can be used together. The Stampin' Blends are so much easier to use! You can use colors together like the Daffodil Delight and Old Olive to get gorgeous leaves or Pink Pirouette and Rich Razzleberry to create beautiful flowers!

These markers can make anyone color like an artist!! They are so much fun to use and so easy as well. I will be offering a how to at a the studio very soon.

Did you miss out on the Stamparatus pre-order? Lots of people did, but there will be another pre-order on December 5th. It will again open at 2pm MT which is 4pm ET. The really great news though is that I will have mine before Christmas and I am planning to have it
available for demonstrations. I look forward to showing this incredible tool to you and have you give it a try!

I had so much fun in Salt Lake City at the Stampin' Up! On Stage event. I came home with 4 FREE stamp sets from the upcoming Occasions Catalog. I will be making samples and have already started planning classes! I have new product arriving soon and will spend time creating with it to get ready for the catalog launch in January.

One of the classes I am considering is a 12x12 sampler class. I have seen the ones others have created and they are quite stunning. We will create 9 - 3"x3"  squares using a beautiful suite of products called Petal Passion. The suite includes black and white watercolor look Designer Series Paper which is quite lovely. Be watching my email newsletter for class information. I also have my events on my Facebook page. There is a newsletter sign up button so that you can get all the latest news.

Happy Stamping!

Q: How did we come up with the name Stamparatus?

A:
We landed on an innovative name by combining two words that speak to the end use of the tool as well as Stampin’ Up! branding.

Stamp: To impress a pattern or mark (especially an official one) on a surface, object, or document using an engraved or inked block or die or other instrument

Apparatus: The technical equipment or machinery needed for a particular activity or purpose

Stamp + Apparatus = Stamparatus
